Free Phone Support - We will consult with you over the phone to try to resolve your problem for up to 15 minutes at no charge. In that time, we'll either solve your issue or be prepared to fix it for you with a service call.

Service Call - $125/hour (1 hour minimum) + hardware
Our service call covers any computer or network related service.
Any hardware costs are additional. Due to the complexity of business software applications and networks, we are unable to offer flat fee pricing to our commercial customers.
